Sammy Baratz
Sammy Baratz is the founder of ARDG Capital located in Woodmere, NY. Sammy has ownership and investment stakes in multi-family dwellings, as well as office and industrial properties throughout the country. In the US, Sammy’s diverse investments are located in Virginia, Illinois, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, New Jersey, Ohio, and his home state of New York. Sammy has taken an active role in enhancing the value of each and every one of his properties. Through partnerships, and active oversight Sammy has prided himself on enhancing the value of all his properties and creating a comfortable and desirable place for his tenants to either reside in or work out of. Notable Tenants Include: Stony Brook Hospital, The U.S Air Force, The Learning Experience, All-State, and many other notable companies.
Ari Baratz
Ari Baratz is a real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, and investment execution. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from NYU Schack and began his career on the acquisitions team at Reich Brothers, a firm with over 50 million square feet of industrial real estate. For the past four years, Ari has been with ARDG Capital, where he has been directly involved in transactions exceeding $100 million and currently oversees the management of approximately 1,000 multifamily units. Ari approaches real estate investment with a focus on creating well- operated, efficiently managed assets that deliver long-term value. He is actively involved in each project, ensuring that strategic planning and operational execution align to achieve optimal results for both investors and residents.
